Post Doctoral Research Associate, Magnetization Dynamics

This position offers an exciting postdoctoral research opportunity within the Diamond Light Source synchrotron community.  The opportunity includes working with advanced synchrotron-based methods, including X-ray Detected Ferromagnetic Resonance (XFMR) and investigation of topological magnetic structures such as skyrmions and hopfions.

Position Highlights:

• Duration: 2 years (full-time, extension possible)
• Focus: Novel X-ray techniques for studying topological magnetic textures
• Advanced methods: XMCD, resonant scattering, magnetic imaging
• Materials: Magnetic topological insulators, 2D van der Waals materials
